Daily Patching, Updates, and Security

With a WPCarers care package, we will manage all aspects of your website’s security, file updates, and patching. We also allocate time each month to update any details on your website—such as address changes or new staff members. Our basic plan includes 1 hour for changes, while our Complete and Unlimited plans offer unlimited edits.

Comprehensive Backup of Files and Emails

Our Website Care Plan includes full backups of all your files, databases, and emails. We perform backups four times a day (every six hours) and retain them for seven days. In case of any issues, we can restore your website to its previous state. Please note, a small fee may apply for restoration work if the cause is outside of our control.

Rapid Recovery

Every hour your website is offline, you’re losing visitors and conversions, which can negatively impact your search engine rankings. Our disaster recovery service will get you back online quickly. This includes restoring your website from a backup and running security scans to address any further issues.

We keep these daily backups for 90 days and take an additional backup before any updates or patches. Daily backups are included in our maintenance services.

    Our Unlimited and Complete WordPress maintenance plans offer unlimited edits and updates to your site. Edits may include content updates on any page, changes to headers or footers, plugin settings, banner adjustments, CSS tweaks, blog content updates, image or text changes, and adding coupon codes. All content must be provided by the client.
